1. Calculate the air volume according to the hood


The plant area is large, but the source area of waste gas is relatively small, and the exhaust emission is concentrated. N meter length multiplied by 2000-4000m3 / h is the total air volume of the purifier.


2. Calculate according to the ventilation rate of the room


There is no way to effectively collect the odor in the workshop, and the ventilation system has not been installed, so the odor can not be effectively collected. The odor can only be extracted from the whole room for treatment. In this case, the air volume can be calculated according to the total volume of the plant. The volume is obtained by multiplying the length, width and height of the plant. The total air volume of the purifier is obtained by multiplying the volume by the number of air changes. Some of the ventilation times are 6-8, 20-30 and 100-150.


The selection of ventilation frequency depends on the concentration of exhaust gas and the desired ventilation effect. The concentration of waste gas is high, and if you want the indoor air circulation effect to be good, generally increase the air exchange rate to calculate the air volume. However, with the increase of air volume, the cost of air duct, fan and purifier will also increase.


3. According to the air volume of the fan


If the ventilation system has been arranged and there are existing fans, then the total air volume of the photodegradator is the total air volume according to the air volume of all fans. Generally, the air volume parameters are written on the fan nameplate. Select the air volume of purifier according to the maximum air volume of fan parameters.


4. Calculate the air volume according to the air duct


There is a ventilation system, but I don't know the air volume of the fan. Only the motor or the name plate has disappeared. This situation can be calculated according to the existing duct and the size of the duct. Some users will say that the calculation will not be accurate.
